Share Links and Access

Choose login-required access for identifiable members, or anonymous access for people holding a private role link. Both are Console access, separate from joining the game.

With Allow anonymous off, opening the link requires sign-in. After signing in with the intended account, the visitor becomes a member of the role and reaches the server in their own Console, marked Shared.

Membership remains even if the original link is revoked. To end access, a sharing manager must remove the membership or delete its custom role. Permissions from other memberships still apply.

A member can leave through the shared server's three-dot menu in Console using Remove. This removes all their memberships on that server, not the server itself.

With Allow anonymous enabled, anyone with the complete URL can use the role's available controls without signing in. They are not added to Members.

Use this only when the role is suitable for anyone who might receive the URL. Revoking the link ends access through it. A forwarded link is not limited to its original recipient.

Some features, including support conversations and repeating broadcasts, require the signed-in Console and are not offered on the anonymous page.

Permissions and costs

An individual role link supplies that role's permissions. On the signed-in Console, permissions from several memberships are combined. Missing controls may reflect permissions, game support, access type, or the server's current state.

Starts, configuration changes, and running time always use the owner's credits. The visitor's wallet does not pay for the shared server.

If access does not work

Ask the person who manages sharing to check whether the link is current, which role it belongs to, and whether you joined with the intended account. For existing members, check memberships, not just the link.
