1. Our role and server owners' responsibilities
We determine the purposes and means of processing account, payment, website-security, and support data and act as controller for those activities. For data within a customer's game server, our role depends on the activity: we may process data on the customer's behalf to provide hosting, while determining our own purposes for security, billing, and legal compliance.
Server owners decide how to run their communities, who may join, and which supported moderation features to use. They are responsible for the notices, permissions, and other obligations that apply to their processing of player data. This notice does not replace a server owner's own privacy notice.
2. Personal data we handle

We do not receive your external sign-in provider's password. This is different from game-server passwords or access tokens you enter in server settings, which may be stored and used to operate the server. Do not reuse your sign-in password for a game server.
Payments are handled by the provider shown at checkout: PayPal for USD, or DOKU or Midtrans for IDR where available, including supported existing payments. In ordinary checkout, we do not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Payment providers handle their own checkout data under their privacy policies.
3. Why we use personal data
We use data to create and authenticate accounts; process payments and hosting charges; provision, operate, and restore servers where supported; provide player-management features; send service notifications; answer support requests; protect security; prevent fraud and misuse; and meet legal obligations. We also use website analytics to understand usage and improve the service, subject to applicable requirements. We do not sell personal information.
4. Legal bases and consent
Where the law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with a legal obligation, or pursue legitimate interests such as service security and fraud prevention, taking account of your rights and interests. Where consent is required, consent is the applicable basis.
Accepting the Terms of Service is not blanket consent to data processing or optional tracking. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. This privacy notice is information, not a request for consent.
5. Cookies, analytics, and session replay
We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in and preferences, including language. Optional analytics may also run when you visit pages where those services are enabled. The services used by the website include:
- Google Analytics 4 — Website usage, traffic, and events, using identifiers and information about devices, browsers, and IP-related location.
- Microsoft Clarity — Website interactions, heatmaps, and session replay. Replay reconstructs interactions with our website; it is not a recording of your entire computer. Interaction data may contain personal information and should not be assumed to be anonymous.
- Azure Application Insights — Operational monitoring of requests, performance, dependencies, errors, and diagnostic logs, which may include technical identifiers and personal data.
For visitors detected in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, and when location is unknown, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity stay off until you accept analytics. Elsewhere, optional analytics is enabled by default unless you reject it. This regional default is not recorded as your explicit consent.
Use Cookie settings to accept or reject optional analytics for this browser. We remember your choice for up to six months. Rejecting or withdrawing stops optional analytics on subsequent page loads and reloads a page if analytics was already running. It does not undo data already sent. Essential sign-in and security cookies remain available.
Signed-in users can also disable optional analytics across devices in Settings. This account preference overrides browser acceptance and is checked on each page load, when a tab becomes active, and every minute in active signed-in tabs. Turning it back on does not override a browser rejection. This preference does not disable server-side operational monitoring.
You can also restrict or delete cookies through your browser and use available provider tools. Browser restrictions may affect sign-in, saved preferences, or other features. Provider tools apply to their own services and do not necessarily stop all processing described in this notice.
6. Sharing and visibility
We share data as needed with sign-in providers, payment providers, infrastructure and hosting providers, support and communications services, and analytics providers. These include Microsoft Azure infrastructure, Microsoft Teams for support handling, and Azure Communication Services for notification email. The provider involved depends on the feature and hosting option used. Providers may also process data for their own purposes under their policies.
We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations, claims, fraud prevention, or protection of people and the service. Access within a shared server follows the permissions granted by its owner. Game features and public server lists may make server or player information visible to other players or the public.
7. International processing
We are based in Indonesia and serve customers worldwide. Data may be processed in Indonesia and other countries where we or our providers operate. Choosing a game-server region does not promise that account, billing, support, or analytics data stays in that region.
International transfers are subject to applicable legal requirements, including appropriate safeguards where required. The requirements depend on the data, destination, and law that applies to the transfer. Contact us for information about the processing locations and safeguards relevant to your request.
8. How long we keep data
We retain data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and applicable legal requirements. This includes operating an ongoing account, maintaining billing and tax records, preventing fraud, resolving claims, handling support, and keeping operational logs and game saves needed for hosting. Retention depends on the type of record and the continuing need for it, rather than a single deadline for all data.
Closing an account does not immediately erase every record. Some data may remain where needed for law, disputes, or necessary operations; backup copies may remain until the relevant backup cycle replaces or removes them. Access to retained data is restricted, and retention must remain tied to a valid purpose or legal requirement, not simply the fact that data was once collected.
9. Security and your choices
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data and limit personnel access to what is needed for their work. No service can guarantee perfect security. Protect your sign-in provider account, review shared-server permissions, and avoid sending unnecessary secrets or sensitive information in support messages.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to or a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability; object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; and complain to the relevant data-protection authority. These rights may be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
Send requests to our support email. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity and clarify the request. We will respond within applicable statutory deadlines and explain any refusal or limitation. If your request concerns a server owner's processing, you may also contact that owner; you can still contact us, and we will assist within our role.
11. Children and players
Account holders must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting, but this does not mean that all players on customer servers are adults. Server owners must meet applicable obligations concerning younger players, including notices and permissions where required. 12. Changes and contact
