My Payment Didn't Add Credits
Use the payment result, Credit Balance, and transaction history together. A checkout opening or closing does not by itself mean that credits were added.
Symptom: the payment page says Payment pending or Payment processing
The payment has not yet been confirmed. Some payment methods can remain pending while the payment service waits for completion. You may leave the result page; credits are added after settlement is confirmed.
Do not create another payment unless you intend to buy another top-up. Refresh Console later and check your transaction history.
Symptom: the payment page says Payment not completed
No credits have been added yet. If you abandoned or cancelled checkout and were not charged, return to Buy Credits and try again. If your payment account shows a completed charge, do not immediately repeat the purchase; keep the payment reference and follow the checks below.
Symptom: the payment says completed but Credit Balance did not change
- Refresh Console rather than relying on an older open tab.
- Confirm you signed in to the same HourlyGameServer.com account used for checkout.
- Check Viewing Transactions for the top-up.
- Compare the payment amount and currency with the receipt.
Each successful payment should add credits once. Repeated confirmation messages do not create additional top-ups, but this does not guarantee that a payment service cannot show more than one separate charge if checkout was submitted more than once.
Symptom: the available payment option or currency is unexpected
Your account currency is fixed when the account is created. USD and IDR accounts show different checkout options and top-up amounts. Signing in through the wrong account can make the balance and currency look unfamiliar.
Next action
If the payment service shows a completed charge but no matching transaction appears after a refresh, contact Support with the payment reference, amount, currency, approximate time, and the email or Steam account used to sign in. Do not send a password, one-time code, full card number, or game account token.
