Viewing Transactions

Transactions shows the Credits added to your account through completed top-ups.

What a Transaction shows

A completed top-up records the purchased amount and related payment information in your Wallet Currency. Use this history when you need to confirm that a payment added Credits.

What is not shown here

Hourly server charges are not part of Transactions. To review Credits spent by servers, open Cost & Usage.

Cost & Usage lets you review totals over time, group spending, and export individual charge records. See Cost & Usage.

If a top-up is missing

1. Check Credit Balance in Console.
2. Allow a pending payment time to settle.
3. Refresh Transactions and your Credit Balance.
4. If the payment completed but Credits are still missing, follow My Payment Didn't Add Credits.

Do not submit the same payment repeatedly while its status is still processing.
