How Credits Work
Credits are prepaid value held in your account and used to pay for servers you own.
Credit value
One Credit equals one unit of your Wallet Currency:
- USD: 1 Credit equals $1.00.
- IDR: 1 Credit equals Rp 1.
Prices, top-ups, balances, and charges stay in your Wallet Currency. Credits are not exchanged between USD and IDR.
Add Credits
Open Buy Credits, select one of the available fixed amounts, and complete payment. Credits are added after the payment is confirmed.

Spend Credits
Servers use Credits in full-hour charges. The hourly rate is shown before you create a server and when you review a Server Settings change.
Unused paid time is represented by the server's Banked Hour. It is not returned to your Credit Balance when you stop the server, but it remains available to that server when started again.
Expiration and refunds
The product states that Credits do not expire. Refund eligibility is not guaranteed by a fixed period in these guides. For a payment or refund question, contact support with the relevant transaction details.
