These Terms govern the HourlyGameServer.com hosting service provided by PT. Gledek Solusi Komputasi Awan in Indonesia. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase the service.
1. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. By accepting these Terms, you declare that you meet both requirements. This declaration is not age or identity verification. Players must also meet the relevant game's age requirements and publisher rules.
Use a supported sign-in provider, keep your account information accurate, protect your provider account, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly. You are responsible for the access and permissions you grant to other people and for their authorized use of your servers.
2. The hosting service
We provide on-demand game server hosting paid for with prepaid credits. Available games, regions, sizes, settings, mods, and player-management features vary. Explore the available configurations to choose a server that suits your needs. You and your players need any required game client, licence, and compatible version. We are an independent hosting provider, not the game publisher, and do not imply publisher endorsement.
3. Purchases and wallet credits
Review the amount, currency, and payment provider shown at checkout before paying. Your wallet has a fixed currency; changing the site language does not change or convert it. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees or exchange rates.
Purchased credits do not expire through inactivity while the service continues. Any separate conditions for promotional credits are disclosed with the promotion. Purchased and promotional credits may have different refund treatment as explained below.
We recommend purchasing the smallest available top-up and testing the service before adding a larger balance. This recommendation does not limit your legal rights.
4. Hourly charges and server controls
Hosting is prepaid in full-hour increments. Charges relate to active hosting, not the number of players online or whether you keep your browser open. A new paid hour is charged when required to start or continue hosting.
Use the server's Stop control when you want to pause hosting, and verify that its status reaches Stopped. Stopping can take time. Unused prepaid time is banked for that same server when it stops; it is not returned to your wallet or paid out in cash. This does not override a refund or other remedy required by law.
Starting resumes banked time or requires a new paid hour. Resizing or changing configuration may change the rate, require an additional charge, or affect remaining prepaid time. Review the displayed changes before confirming. Stopping, starting, resizing, and deleting are different actions: deleting is not a way to bank time and can permanently remove server data.
Keep sufficient credits in your wallet when you want hosting to continue. If credit runs out, the server may stop; use Stop when you intend to pause hosting.
5. Refunds and billing problems
We do not offer discretionary satisfaction or change-of-mind refunds, including when you no longer play, bought more credits than you need, or voluntarily close your account. This policy does not remove mandatory rights or remedies for defective, non-supplied, or misdescribed services, or services not provided as agreed.
Depending on the law that applies to you, cancellation or withdrawal rights may apply. A proportionate charge for service already supplied is payable only where the law permits it and the required conditions have been met. Starting a server is not a blanket waiver of withdrawal rights over unused credits.
For a refund request, duplicate payment, missing credits, or an incorrect charge, email us with enough information to identify the account and purchase. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. We will investigate and make the appropriate correction or provide the remedy due. Where a monetary refund is legally required, promotional credits are not a substitute.
We encourage you to contact us first so we can help, but this does not prevent you from contacting your bank, payment provider, regulator, or a competent court, or exercising any statutory remedy.
6. Your content and players
You retain your rights in content you upload or host. You grant us only the permission needed to host, operate, secure, and support that content as part of the service. You must have the necessary rights and licences for the games, mods, and other content you use.
As a server owner, you manage player access and permissions and are responsible for any privacy notices, lawful permissions, and publisher requirements that apply to your community. Do not use game servers to store unrelated sensitive records. Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy; accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to personal-data processing.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal activity, infringement, piracy, fraud, malware, attacks, unauthorized access, interference with networks or other users, threats, or abusive conduct. Do not use hosting resources for unsupported purposes unrelated to the game service. We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action to protect the service and others.
8. Availability
We commit to monthly infrastructure uptime of 99.9% for Lite, 99.95% for Standard, and 99.99% for Premium. This covers the hosting virtual machine for your game server and the platform network and controls needed to reach and manage it. For each calendar month, uptime is scheduled paid running time minus verified infrastructure downtime, divided by scheduled paid running time. Time you choose to stop the server and unpaid time are excluded. The server's tier at month-end determines that month's target; if the server was deleted, its tier at the end of its last paid running time that month applies.
Game-software failures, game updates, mods, and problems with your own internet connection are not infrastructure downtime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted game operation, a particular latency, or compatibility with every game update or mod.
If verified infrastructure downtime causes your server to miss its monthly uptime target, you may request a service credit by emailing support@hourlygameserver.com within 30 days after that calendar month ends. Include the server identifier and approximate outage times so we can review the claim. For each paid hosting hour affected by qualifying infrastructure downtime in that month, we will credit the full charge for that hour, up to the total hosting charges for that server in that month. Credits are issued after verification, not automatically. This does not limit your mandatory rights or remedies under applicable law.
9. Suspension and closure
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to address security risks, fraud, unlawful activity, or serious breaches of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve the problem; immediate action may be necessary to protect people, data, or the service, or to comply with law.
You may request account closure through support. Voluntary closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund, except as provided in these Terms or required by law. If we permanently close the service, we will refund unused purchased wallet credits and announce the refund process. Promotional credits are excluded from that closure refund. Rights and obligations that must continue after closure, including accrued legal claims, remain in effect.
10. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, or removes mandatory consumer rights and remedies. Subject to those protections, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and business losses such as lost profits arising from use of the service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and seek acceptance where legally required. Changes will not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Indonesian law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you as a consumer, including in the EU or UK.
