Paying with PayPal

PayPal is the payment option shown for an account whose Wallet Currency is USD.

Complete a USD top-up

1. Open Buy Credits.
2. Select a USD top-up amount.
3. Use the PayPal button to open checkout.
4. Approve the payment in the PayPal checkout window.
5. Return to HourlyGameServer.com and wait for payment confirmation.
6. Check Credit Balance in Console.

Credits are added when the payment is successfully captured. The completed top-up then appears in Transactions.

If checkout is cancelled

No Credits are added for a cancelled or incomplete payment. Return to Buy Credits when you are ready to try again.

If Credits do not appear

1. Wait briefly for the confirmation result.
2. Refresh Console and check Credit Balance.
3. Check Viewing Transactions.
4. If the payment completed but Credits are still missing, follow My Payment Didn't Add Credits.

Do not start another payment until you know whether the first one completed.
