Checking Your Credit Balance

Your Credit Balance is the amount of Credits currently available to your account.

Check your Credit Balance

1. Sign in.
2. Open Console.
3. Find Credit Balance near the top of the page.

The amount is formatted in your fixed Wallet Currency.

Why the balance changes

Your Credit Balance increases when a payment is confirmed. It decreases when:

• A server's first hour is charged.
• A running server begins another paid hour.
• A higher-cost Server Settings change requires an immediate additional charge.

Stopping a server does not return Credits to the account. Instead, the unused paid time stays with that server as its Banked Hour.

Review balance activity

Use Transactions to review Credit purchases. Use Cost & Usage to review individual server charges and spending over time.

Avoid an interruption

A server stops if your Credit Balance cannot cover its next required charge. Top up from Buy Credits before the balance falls below the rate needed by your running servers.
