Checking Your Credit Balance
Check your available credits before starting a server or leaving several servers running. The balance belongs to your account, not to one particular server.
Before you begin
Sign in to the account that owns the servers. Keep their displayed hourly rates in mind: every server you own draws from the same wallet.
Find your balance
- Open Console.
- Find Credit Balance in the dashboard or sidebar.
- Open Buy Credits if you need to add funds. Its Your Balance card shows the wallet balance too.
Amounts use your fixed Wallet Currency. They are available credits, not a count of hours you can run every server.

Explain a balance change
- A confirmed top-up adds credits.
- Creating a funded server or starting without prepaid time charges a full hour.
- Continuing into another paid hour deducts another hourly charge.
- A more expensive configuration may require an additional charge.
Stopping does not add credits back to the wallet. Unused paid time stays with that server as Banked Hour.
For an estimate of future spending, add together your running servers' hourly rates. Their charge times can differ, and changes to configuration can affect the estimate. Check each server's Overview for its remaining prepaid time.
If the amount looks wrong
- Refresh the page after payment confirmation or a recent server action.
- Check the payment receipt for top-ups and Cost & Usage for hosting charges.
- For a paid top-up that is missing, follow payment troubleshooting; do not pay again just to refresh the balance.
