Repeating Broadcast
For supported games, Repeating Broadcast automatically sends messages to online players while the server is Running. This control is available to the server owner when the game supports broadcasting.
Configure a broadcast
- Open Automation and find Repeating Broadcast.
- Turn on Enable repeating broadcast.
- Choose an interval: 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
- Add at least one non-empty message.
- Select Save broadcast.
Turn the rule off and save when messages should no longer be sent.
Message rotation
With one message, the same text repeats each interval. With several messages, one message is sent per interval and the list rotates in order.
Keep messages appropriate for repeated display. Repeating Broadcast sends the configured text as a server message; it does not target an individual player.
Running-server precondition
Messages send only while the status is Running. When the server is Stopped, Starting, Stopping, Deleting, or in Error, no broadcast is sent for that interval.
Missed messages are not queued or sent in a burst later. After the server is Running again, the rule resumes from its configured interval and continues the rotation.
For a one-time message, use Broadcast Message in Player Management instead.
