Buying Credits
Use Buy Credits to add prepaid Credits to your Credit Balance. The amounts and payment option are selected from your fixed Wallet Currency.
Buy Credits
- Sign in and open Buy Credits.
- Select one of the fixed top-up amounts.
- Continue with the payment option shown.
- Complete payment.
- Wait for the confirmation page to report that the Credits were added, or that the payment is still processing.
- Check Credit Balance in Console.
There is no custom amount field. One Credit equals one unit of your Wallet Currency, so the selected top-up amount is also the number of Credits added after confirmation.

You cannot switch the payment option independently because Wallet Currency cannot be changed.
When Credits appear
Credits are added after the payment is confirmed as completed. A processing payment can be confirmed after you leave the page, so check Credit Balance and Transactions before trying again.
