Paying with Midtrans

Midtrans is the payment option shown for an account whose Wallet Currency is IDR.

Complete an IDR top-up

1. Open Buy Credits.
2. Select an IDR top-up amount.
3. Continue to the Midtrans checkout window.
4. Choose one of the local methods offered, such as QRIS, GoPay, or a supported bank Virtual Account.
5. Follow the payment instructions.
6. Return to HourlyGameServer.com and check the payment status.

Card payment is not offered for IDR top-ups.

Processing payments

Some methods confirm immediately; others can remain processing while payment settles. Credits are added automatically after settlement is confirmed, even if you leave the confirmation page.

Before trying again:

1. Check Credit Balance in Console.
2. Check Viewing Transactions.
3. Allow a processing bank payment time to settle.

If payment does not complete

No Credits are added while the payment remains incomplete. If you were charged but Credits do not appear after settlement, follow My Payment Didn't Add Credits.
