Mods
Use Mods only for games with integrated mod support. A game supporting mods elsewhere does not mean this Console can install every mod or accept arbitrary file uploads.
Before changing mods
You need the Mods role permission and a compatible selection from the game's supported catalog. Check the game guide and each mod's requirements, dependencies, client setup, and effect on existing saves.
Some sources require download credentials. Enter these only in the designated fields, never in a message or screenshot. Leaving a masked saved credential field blank keeps its existing value.
Add or remove mods
- Open the server from Console, then choose Mods.
- Search for a mod or paste a supported mod URL in the picker.
- Add the intended result and review the selected list. Remove only entries you no longer need.
- Complete any required credential fields.
- Select Save Mods and follow the result or restart confirmation.
Selecting a search result does not install it until the selection is saved and applied.
Apply and check the result
On a Stopped server, saved mods apply the next time you select Start. Startup and running time use the owner's credits.
On a Running server, confirm Save & Restart only when players are ready to disconnect. Cancel if the session should continue unchanged. Wait for Running again, then check the selected list and test joining with the required client mods. Successful list changes appear in Activity Log.
The section is locked during Starting, Stopping, or Deleting, and read-only without permission. If saving fails, check the message and reload the list before retrying.
Compatibility and recovery
Mods can increase CPU or memory demand. Add a few at a time and check sustained load on Overview. A larger Server size costs more and will not fix incompatible mods.
Removing a mod can also break a world that depends on it. The Console has no self-service save export or restore control; do not assume you can undo a mod change by restoring a backup here. For startup or joining problems, follow settings and mods troubleshooting and ask for help before making destructive changes to an important world.
