How Credits Work

Understand what you are buying before adding money to your wallet. Credits pay for hosting; they are not a fixed number of game-server hours.

Check the value

One credit equals one unit of your fixed Wallet Currency:

  • USD: 1 credit equals $1.00.
  • IDR: 1 credit equals Rp 1.

USD and IDR have separate price lists. Changing language does not convert a balance. Check Settings → Profile → Wallet Currency before your first purchase.

Add and use credits

  1. Open Buy Credits and choose an offered amount.
  2. Complete checkout using the provider displayed.
  3. Wait until payment confirmation says credits have been added.
  4. Check Credit Balance in Console before creating or starting a server.

Try the smallest available top-up before committing a larger balance. All servers you own spend from the same wallet at their displayed hourly rates. See buying credits.

Keep paid time separate from wallet credits

A full-hour charge turns wallet credits into prepaid hosting time for one server. Banked Hour shows that time. Stopping preserves its unused portion for the same server; it does not return it to the wallet or make it available to another server.

Restarting uses remaining time, subject to any configuration-related charge. Without remaining time, starting requires another full paid hour. See hourly billing.

Expiry and refund conditions

Purchased credits do not expire through inactivity while the service continues. Promotional credits may have separate disclosed conditions.

There are no discretionary satisfaction or change-of-mind refunds. Mandatory consumer rights, applicable cancellation rights, and remedies for billing errors remain unaffected. If the service permanently closes, the Terms of Service provide for refunding unused purchased wallet credits, not promotional credits.

For an incorrect charge, duplicate payment, or refund question, email support@hourlygameserver.com with the purchase reference. Do not send passwords or full card details.

Track the result

Use receipts for top-ups, Cost & Usage for hosting deductions, and Credit Balance for what remains available.
