Signing In and Creating Your Account

Sign in through one of the providers shown on the sign-in page: Google, Facebook, or Microsoft. You do not need a separate HourlyGameServer.com password.

Before you sign in

  • Use an account you can return to for future sessions. For Microsoft, use a personal account, not a work or school account.
  • Complete password entry and any additional verification on the provider's own sign-in screen. Do not send passwords or verification codes to support.
  • Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Registration requires you to be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.

Create your account

  1. Select Sign in.
  2. Choose a sign-in provider.
  3. Complete sign-in with that provider.
  4. If registration is offered, check the name and email supplied by the provider, select your nationality, and review Wallet Currency.
  5. Read and accept the Terms, then select Register.

Successful sign-in returns you to the site. Open Dashboard to see your Console. If you see a registration-unavailable message instead, follow that message; repeatedly trying another provider is not a way to recover an existing account.

Use the same account again

Choose the same provider and the same provider account as before. A different account can show a different balance and server list.

If the site recognizes an existing account and offers Link Your Accounts, check the displayed details before agreeing. Do not register again or buy credits into a different account when you meant to return to your existing servers.

Wallet Currency

Wallet Currency is assigned when your account is created and cannot be changed later. It controls the prices, Credit Balance format, top-up amounts, and payment option shown to you.

Check Settings → Profile after signing in. Changing the page language does not change your currency. Read Your Wallet Currency before buying Credits.

If sign-in does not work

Return to Sign In, choose the intended provider, and complete its verification. For Microsoft work or school accounts, switch to a personal Microsoft account. If the provider succeeds but the site still shows an error, contact support with the approximate time and the visible error message, without passwords or verification codes.
