Paying with PayPal

Use PayPal to buy credits when your account's wallet uses USD and Buy Credits shows PayPal.

Before you begin

Sign in to the account you want to fund. Check its USD balance and choose a suitable top-up amount; try the smallest amount first. Your site language does not determine wallet currency.

PayPal controls which funding options are available in its checkout. Use only the options it offers; this guide does not guarantee guest card checkout or a particular card.

Complete the purchase

1. Open Buy Credits.
2. Select a USD amount under Choose an amount.
3. Select the PayPal button to open checkout.
4. Sign in to PayPal or follow the funding option offered there.
5. Review the amount and approve the payment only when ready to purchase.
6. Return to HourlyGameServer.com and wait for confirmation that credits have been added.

Do not regard approval or closing the PayPal window alone as proof that the wallet was funded.

Check the result

Open Console and check Credit Balance. On the payment-result page, select View receipt to save the purchase details. A completed purchase adds the selected USD amount as credits.

If the result is still Payment processing, keep the order reference and check again later before starting another payment.

If checkout is cancelled or interrupted

A cancelled or incomplete payment does not add credits. However, a closed window or lost connection does not prove you were not charged. Check your PayPal activity, the payment status, and wallet balance before returning to Buy Credits for another attempt.

If you paid but credits are missing

Refresh the result page and Console. If payment remains unresolved, follow payment troubleshooting. Give support the order reference, amount, currency, and approximate time, not your PayPal password or full card details.

For an IDR wallet, follow the provider shown at checkout instead of trying to switch to PayPal.
