Information we collect

When you sign in, we receive your display name and email address from your chosen sign-in provider (Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Discord, or Steam). We never see or store your password.

When you buy credits, payments are processed by PayPal and Midtrans. We do not collect or store your full card details.

We keep the account activity needed to run your game servers, such as the servers you create, their status, and your credit usage.

Analytics and cookies

We use the following services to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it:

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate usage and traffic statistics.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session replay and heatmaps.
• Azure Application Insights — server-side performance and error monitoring.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity run in your browser and set cookies to collect usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, subject to each provider's own privacy policy.

A cookie-consent banner is on the way. You can also opt out using the providers' own tools, such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We also use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. These are required for the site to work and are not used for tracking.

Location and currency

We detect the country you are visiting from, based on your IP address at our edge network, to show prices in a suitable currency. We do not store your precise location.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers named above so they can perform their services for us.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. You can also manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
